Job Description We are seeking a Process Design Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in process engineering for IT infrastructure with embedded risk controls and data-driven metrics and a proven ability to decompose complex workflows, optimize controls, and implement actionable metrics that improve delivery confidence. Responsibilities: Design, build, and continuously improve IT infrastructure processes focused on efficiency, control alignment, and outcomes. Decompose complex workflows into clear, adoptable activities with embedded risk controls. Develop leading and lagging metrics that provide proactive insight into process health and performance. Partner with delivery, risk, and engineering teams to ensure real-world alignment and adoption. Shift governance left by embedding preventative controls and early issue detection. Translate governance requirements into practical ways of working that bridge process, delivery, and risk management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Process engineering expertise with activity-level design, control optimization, and metric development. Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills. Stakeholder engagement skills with cross-functional teams in delivery, risk, and engineering. Ability to decompose complex workflows and design adoptable processes. Proficiency with productivity software, including Microsoft Excel. Preferred Skills: Systems thinking with a focus on end-to-end flow, dependencies, and integration across the IT infrastructure ecosystem.
