Work Environment

This position is specifically designed for a remote work setting, allowing our therapists to interact with clients through secure virtual platforms. You will have the flexibility to manage your workspace while adhering to a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Our telehealth facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to facilitate effective sessions and maintain high standards of confidentiality and client care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals, families, and groups.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive and individualized care plans aimed at promoting recovery, resilience, and overall mental well-being.
  • Participate in a multidisciplinary team setting, working closely with other mental health professionals to deliver integrated and holistic treatment approaches.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in the field.
  • Provide feedback and insights to refine and elevate clinical programs, ensuring that we continuously improve our service delivery and patient outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily engage with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges. This includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Your expertise will empower clients to explore their emotions and develop coping strategies, while fostering a safe and welcoming environment for open dialogue.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure in California (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) to practice as a mental health professional.
  • A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience in a clinical setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong client-centered approach to therapy.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is preferred, though not mandatory.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for conducting therapy sessions.
  • Background in evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, or family systems therapy.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in a cooperative care model.
Compensation and Benefits
