Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive virtual therapy sessions with individuals, families, and groups, employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to client needs.
  • Create, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans designed to facilitate client recovery and measure progress effectively.
  • Engage in collaborative multidisciplinary team meetings to share insights, discuss client cases, and enhance the overall quality of care.
  • Participate actively in ongoing training sessions and workshops to stay updated with best practices in mental health treatment and to continually refine your therapeutic skills.
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve clinical strategies, thus enhancing service delivery and patient outcomes within the clinic.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population is diverse, encompassing a wide range of age groups and backgrounds, dealing with various mental health challenges. As a therapist, you will work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will be crucial in creating a safe space for clients to express their concerns and in empowering them with the coping skills required for their mental health journey.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Currently hold an active California license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
  • At least two years of clinical experience in providing therapy services.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills are essential for successful client interactions.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with electronic records systems, which can enhance operational efficiency in client management.
  • Previous experience in a community health clinic or similar environment is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
