Job description

We are looking for a dedicated Remote Travel Support Specialist to ensure our clients have a seamless journey from start to finish. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for travelers, resolving inquiries and managing itinerary changes with efficiency and empathy. If you are a problem-solver who loves travel, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities Act as the first line of support for clients via email, chat, and phone regarding their travel plans. Process booking modifications, flight cancellations, and special accommodation requests promptly. Troubleshoot travel-related issues in real-time to minimize client stress.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel requirements and destination protocols to advise clients accurately. Document all client interactions and updates in our internal systems. Ideal Candidate Problem Solver: You remain calm under pressure and can think on your feet.

Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable learning new booking platforms and working with remote communication tools. Communicator: Excellent written and verbal English skills are a must. Experience: Previous background in customer support or the travel industry is highly valued.
