Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, employing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs.

  • Collaborate with fellow team members in a multidisciplinary approach, coordinating care that addresses the complex needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • A valid California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
  • A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, showcasing a track record of effective client engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating a genuine client-centered approach to therapy.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is preferred, though not required.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a telehealth setting, adept at utilizing technology to enhance the therapeutic process.
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care and culturally competent practices.
  • Experience in group therapy facilitation is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
