• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, employing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that focus on measurable goals, recovery, and wellness.
• Collaborate with fellow team members in a multidisciplinary approach, coordinating care that addresses the complex needs of clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and literature to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.
• Provide feedback on clinical programs, utilizing insights from client sessions to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

Be A Problem Solver, Ltd serves a diverse clientele, offering mental health support to individuals and families dealing with various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their paths to recovery, implementing personalized strategies to foster resilience and emotional well-being.

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, showcasing a track record of effective client engagement.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating a genuine client-centered approach to therapy.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is preferred, though not required.

• Experience in a telehealth setting, adept at utilizing technology to enhance the therapeutic process.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and culturally competent practices.
• Experience in group therapy facilitation is a plus.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
