ReSource Pro is seeking an Architect, Integrated Solutions to uncover, interpret, and translate complex client needs into highly configured solutions across our business ecosystemโ€”spanning Business Process Management, Technology, Consulting, and Analytics. In this role, you will partner directly with the Business Development team to engage existing and prospective clients, guide internal and external teams through operational best practices, and drive profitable revenue growth.

In this role, you will...

  • Leverage Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the P&C insurance domain expert during the sales process for carriers, MGAs, and brokers. Conduct detailed needs assessments, lead consultative client discussions, and help develop ReSource Proโ€™s integrated service and product solutions stack.
  • Develop & Deliver Solutions: Lead the solution development and blueprint creation process. Architect specific, detailed solutions (encompassing data, analytics, automation, and processes), manage cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive strategy, assess operational/financial risks, and lead solution defense conversations with clients.
  • Contribute to Thought Leadership: Enhance ReSource Proโ€™s position as an industry leader by leading webinars, authoring white papers, contributing to the corporate blog, and engaging at industry trade shows. Ensure new products are appropriately sized and expectation-set during sales cycles.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Efficiency: Support RFI/RFPs and analyst relations. Continually find opportunities to standardize and streamline our assessment and proposal workflows through transparent, high-ownership communication.
What You Need to be Successful...
  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree required (preferred areas of learning include Business, Finance, or Insurance-focused Risk Management); Masterโ€™s degree is a plus.
  • P&C Domain Expertise: Minimum 5โ€“7+ years of work experience in the P&C insurance and/or employee benefits industry. Experience with consulting organizations or Tier-1 BPO organizations is highly preferred.
  • Operations & Process Focus: 2โ€“3+ years of Lean process improvement or operations management experience in a service environment is required.
  • Consultative & Analytical Mindset: Incredible listening skills and intellectual curiosity. Strong financial and data analysis capabilities (cost/benefit analysis) to tell a compelling story and build detailed solutions.
  • Technological & Systems Proficiency: Experience with P&C Insurance Agency Management Systems, employee benefits systems, Visio, and MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint). Experience with system implementations, data migrations, or integrations is a major plus.
  • Communication & Presence: Outstanding oral, written, and presentation skills with the agility to navigate ambiguous environments and effectively command a room, including client C-suite leaders.
  • Travel Flexibility: Ability and willingness to travel 40% โ€“ 50% domestically within the U.S. (with occasional international travel).

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position, and the salary range for most locations for this role is $80632-$136397 annually. The salary range may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
