• Experience with Utility Network, geodatabase management, and spatial data validation.
• Proficiency in Oracle DB.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

• Develop comprehensive test plans for GIS applications (ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcFM suite).
• Define test scope, objectives, and acceptance criteria for functional and integration testing.
• Identify test data requirements, including spatial datasets and network models.
• Validate GIS workflows such as map creation, spatial analysis, geoprocessing, and network tracing.
• Test ArcFM functionalities (Editor XI, Designer XI, Mobile XI, Web XI) including asset management and utility network operations.
• Verify integration with external systems and ensure data consistency.
• Validate geodatabase schema, topology rules, and spatial relationships.
• Perform QA checks on migrated data (e.g., from legacy GIS to ArcGIS Utility Network).
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational data governance policies.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for GIS testing best practices.
• Mentor junior testers and guide them on GIS-specific scenarios.
• Participate in UAT and provide feedback to stakeholders.
• SPOC for the Tower (GIS) and all related testing activities
