Job description

Job Title: Packaging & Printing

Location: Kansas City, KS or St. Louis, MO (Remote)

Duration: Full-Time Permanent

Shift: 1st Shift

Travel Requirement: Up to 70โ€“75% Travel

Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Provide technical support for wide web flexographic and gravure printing processes.
โ€ข Serve as the primary technical liaison for assigned customer accounts.
โ€ข Troubleshoot printing, coating, color, and product performance issues.
โ€ข Conduct onsite customer visits, audits, and technical evaluations.
โ€ข Coordinate and support press trials, product launches, and product conversions.
โ€ข Assist customers with ink optimization and print process improvements.
โ€ข Analyze print defects and recommend corrective actions.
โ€ข Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory teams.
โ€ข Maintain technical service reports, troubleshooting documentation, and corrective action records.
โ€ข Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills:
โ€ข Wide Web Flexographic Printing experience.
โ€ข Gravure Printing experience.
โ€ข Water-Based and Solvent-Based Ink expertise.
โ€ข Flexible Packaging Manufacturing knowledge.
โ€ข Print Quality Improvement and Process Optimization.
โ€ข Root Cause Analysis and Product Performance Evaluation.
