• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to gain a deep understanding of each patient's needs.
• Collaborate with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate their specific goals, cultural backgrounds, and preferences.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in individual, couples, family, and group sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention services to patients in acute distress and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory standards.
• Empower patients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with the tools to manage mental health conditions effectively.
• Participate in regular multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment approaches and ensure a cohesive strategy for patient care.
• Conduct outcome assessments to evaluate treatment efficacy and adjust plans accordingly, ensuring each patient receives the most appropriate care.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering rapport with diverse populations.
