  • Collaborate closely with clients to set therapeutic goals, monitoring and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure progress is made.
  • Offer convenient teletherapy options, accommodating clients who may have accessibility challenges or prefer remote sessions for their comfort.
  • Maintain detailed, timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans to comply with ethical and regulatory guidelines.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including training, workshops, and webinars, to continually enhance clinical skills and stay informed about emerging mental health practices.

Your clients will range from individuals experiencing acute mental health issues to those pursuing preventive care and wellness strategies. You will engage with diverse populations, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the distinct cultural, social, and personal backgrounds of each client. Your expertise in suicide prevention will be critical, as many clients may be dealing with thoughts and experiences surrounding self-harm or suicidal ideation.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required to ensure a strong foundational knowledge of clinical social work practices.
  • Must possess a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license with no disciplinary actions, demonstrating your professional credibility and commitment to ethical standards.
  • Proven experience in clinical social work including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning within diverse settings.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to foster trust and rapport with clients from different backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in utilizing telehealth technology and electronic health record systems to promote efficient patient care.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in telehealth settings or with remote patient care is preferred, given the nature of the role.
