Children Trust Michigan (the state Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Board) is an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to the prevention of child abuse and neglect in Michigan. Children Trust Michigan financially and operationally supports the prevention programs across the state's 83 counties. Children Trust Michigan raises public awareness, disseminates information, conducts public education, provides training and technical assistance to the prevention programs.

Children Trust Michigan must also raise all its revenue for the programs and services provided. This position is the recognized resource and statewide lead for child abuse and neglect prevention training and technical assistance. Experience Three years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the experienced (P11) level in state service. Grand Ave., Lansing, MI. Based on operational needs and within established limits, remote work and alternate or hybrid work schedule requests for this position may be considered. Selected candidates who have been approved to work remotely or a hybrid schedule must complete that work within Michigan

Candidates should confirm work location and schedule at the time of interview. Employees will be provided computers to perform state work. Phones may also be provided for necessary communications.

If working remotely, employees will be responsible for providing other components of a remote office at their own expense, including: A secure work location that allows privacy and prevents distractions. A high-speed internet connection of at least 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload. Suitable lighting, furniture, and utilities.
