Position Overview

We are excited to announce a full-time opportunity for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Diversus Mental Health & Wellness. This vital role involves providing direct clinical therapy services to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Work Environment

This position is 100% remote, offering flexibility to manage work-life balance while still delivering high-quality care. You will engage with clients through telehealth platforms, allowing access to therapeutic resources from the comfort of their homes. Our Detox Center is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to facilitate seamless communication and care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized counseling, psychotherapy, and case management services to clients, ensuring that interventions are tailored to meet each person’s unique needs.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans collaboratively with clients, focusing on measurable goals, progress assessments, and necessary adjustments to ensure effectiveness.
  • Advocate for clients by connecting them to appropriate resources such as social services, financial aid, and community support programs to promote holistic recovery.
  • Offer immediate support and crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health episodes, including suicidal ideation, trauma responses, or substance abuse emergencies.
  • Engage in preventive education workshops and initiatives aimed at reducing mental health stigma and promoting awareness within the community.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards of care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and mentorship opportunities designed to enhance your clinical skills and professional growth.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Clinical Social Worker at Diversus Mental Health & Wellness, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and emotional distress. Our focus is on providing culturally competent care that acknowledges the backgrounds, identities, and individual circumstances of every client.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current Tennessee LCSW license, with the capacity to practice independently.
  • A demonstrated compassionate and empathetic approach towards client care, with a commitment to understanding and respecting cultural diversity.
  • Experience providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, or families in various settings.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to foster rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with the team.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, ideally within a mental health or addiction treatment setting.
  • Demonstrated experience in crisis intervention and risk assessment strategies.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual care models.
Compensation and Benefits
