Position Overview

Right Health Medical Clinic is seeking a dedicated and professional Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This role offers an annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive outpatient behavioral health services to a diverse population, ensuring the highest standards of care are met according to established protocols.

Work Environment

As a remote position, this role is designed for flexibility and work-life balance while maintaining a structured work routine. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' needs, collaborating with the clinical team to recommend appropriate levels of care and services.
  • Facilitate referrals to community resources and support systems, ensuring clients have access to self-help programs and necessary social services.
  • Regularly meet with program leadership and the director to discuss case reviews, clinical challenges, and staff dynamics, fostering an environment of teamwork and collective problem-solving.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of behavioral health therapists, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to unit policies and clinical standards.
  • Maintain meticulous records of clinical productivity and performance metrics, complying with organizational requirements for documentation.
  • Actively engage in quality assurance initiatives and performance improvement projects, contributing insights that enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This position requires a strong focus on a varied patient demographic exhibiting a range of mental health challenges. You will engage with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and more, using culturally competent and client-centered approaches. Your work will not only assist in direct care but also enhance community health through preventative education and advocacy.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work is required, along with an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.
  • At least two years of clinical experience in a medical or behavioral health setting, demonstrating proficiency in patient assessment and treatment planning.
  • Strong collaborative skills are essential for working effectively with a range of healthcare professionals, social service providers, and clients.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms, enhancing patient engagement and care delivery.
