While you will work independently from a home office, you will interact regularly with school staff, parents, and other healthcare professionals via video conferencing and collaborative platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of students’ behavioral and emotional needs in collaboration with the clinical team to develop appropriate intervention strategies.
• Facilitate referrals to other care levels, ranging from intensive outpatient programs to community-based self-help resources, ensuring alignment with the individual’s recovery journey.
• Engage with clinic leadership to assess annual training needs, ensuring that our staff remains apprised of the latest developments in behavioral health care.
• Maintain a consistent line of communication with the clinic director regarding clinical cases, discussing challenges and staff issues to foster a high-functioning team environment.
• Oversee the daily activities of behavioral health therapists, including the facilitation of staff meetings and performance reviews, while enforcing clinic policies effectively.
• Document clinical productivity regularly to ensure adherence to established guidelines and participate actively in continued quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Right Health Medical Clinic, your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents who present varying degrees of emotional and behavioral challenges. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
