We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team at Everyone's Counseling Center, LLC. This full-time position is uniquely structured around remote service delivery, focused primarily on supporting clients within our Detox Center in Anaheim, California. • Conduct thorough and compassionate client assessments using structured diagnostic tools to determine treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans based on assessment findings to address unique client challenges.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual counseling sessions and group therapy, tailored to enhance mental health outcomes.
• Document clinical activities and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines, ensuring accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to create an integrated treatment approach, enhancing the overall wellbeing of our patients.
• Provide education and resources to clients and their families about mental health, coping strategies, and community resources.
• Stay informed about emerging trends and research in mental health to continually enrich your practice and service delivery.

Our client population primarily consists of individuals undergoing detoxification and early recovery from substance use disorders. We aim to offer them a compassionate space where they can address their mental health needs along with their substance dependency challenges. Your role will be pivotal in facilitating an understanding of the interplay between mental health and substance use, thus promoting a holistic recovery approach.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active California LCSW license is essential for this role.
• A strong capability to manage multiple client cases in a dynamic and structured environment.
• Excellent communication skills, allowing effective collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Demonstrated initiative and self-direction, capable of working independently while aligning with team goals.

• At least two (2) years of documented clinical experience as a social worker, particularly within mental health or substance abuse settings, is preferred.
• Experience with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques is valued.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document sessions and maintain compliance.
