NAVA Software solutions is looking for a Technical Lead, Palantir Foundry
Details:
Technical Lead, Palantir Foundry-Predictive AI
Location: : Remote | Central / East Coast Hours
Duration : 12+ months
Description:
Technical Lead at Client work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design the ontology (data model), develop data pipelines, and integrate data solutions with external systems containing the data.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Evaluate and inform Product Owner and other stakeholders on predictive AI capabilities in general and Palantir Foundry in specific as they relate to desired end state
  • Collaborate across teams and business areas for seamless coordination
  • Helps identify opportunities within Palantir Foundry and work with Product Owner and Digital Technology leadership to address issues or changes
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, driving continuous enhancements
  • Collaborate with Product Owner on requirement modifications where appropriate to define new requirements and assist developers as needed
  • Take full ownership of the projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
  • Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and security of applications
  • Other ad-hoc requests

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, Master's Degree preferred
  • Hands-on project experience with Palantir Foundry, including data integration, data modeling, and application development
  • Strong Python experience with expertise in using Pandas, NumPy, and PySpark
  • Expertise in machine learning and predictive analytics, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying ML models
  • Confident to review/approve pull requests and provide guidance for developers on the Predictive AI team
  • Able to take initiative to tackle challenges and drive solutions instead of waiting for direction
  • Available to support the team when needed, providing guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and technical expertise to unblock progress
  • Open to learning new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance team efficiency and product quality
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing business needs, changing priorities, technical challenges, and evolving project requirements
  • Background in data science preferred
