(Anticipated locations: Dallas, TX; Vicksburg, MS; Atlanta, GA; Portland, OR; Cincinnati, OH)Clearance: SecretSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; the applicant must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.Number of Position(s): 1Work Schedule: 8 am – 5 pmWork Day: Monday – FridayAalis Management Consulting is seeking a Data & Financial Analytics Consultant to support a federal agency with data analytics, financial analysis, forecasting, performance measurement, and executive-level reporting.The consultant will transform complex financial and operational data into actionable insights and develop dashboards, reports, and analytical products to support Government decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, cleanse, validate, reconcile, and organize complex datasets.Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.Use advanced Microsoft Excel for financial analysis, modeling, reconciliation, and reporting.Develop KPIs and performance metrics and conduct trend analysis.Perform forecasting, predictive analysis, financial analysis, and O&M budget analysis.Support investment, cost-efficiency, water-resource, outage, and alarm-management analysis.Develop acquisition performance metrics and reporting mechanisms.Identify data trends, risks, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.Develop executive-level dashboards, reports, briefings, and fully editable Government deliverables.Collaborate with Government stakeholders and use Microsoft SharePoint and Teams as required.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.Approximately 5–7+ years of relevant experience.Federal government experience.Active Secret security clearance.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Strong hands-on Power BI dashboard development experience.Microsoft SharePoint and Teams experience.Experience with data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and analysis.Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or cost analysis.Experience developing KPIs, performance metrics, and data visualizations.Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for leadership.Ability to work remotely and travel as required.Preferred QualificationsExperience with O&M financial analysis, investment analysis, predictive analytics, or operational data.Power BI or related certification.Aalis Management Consulting is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
