The Director, Clinical Solutions is responsible for leading the strategic growth, development, and overall effectiveness of Ascom's Clinical Application Consulting function. This role ensures the organization delivers scalable, high-quality clinical consulting, training, and post-deployment success programs that drive measurable improvements in customer outcomes. This leader will standardize and optimize clinical consultation, testing, and training methodologies across the organization, while also developing innovative clinical programs leveraging Ascom solutions-including emerging care models such as Virtual Nursing and Silent ICU. As a key member of the Professional Services Leadership team, this role plays a critical part in enabling customer adoption, improving clinical workflows, and ensuring long-term customer success following deployment.

What you would bring to Ascom
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
Minimum 7+ years of clinical experience in acute care and/or healthcare industry roles supporting clinical solutions.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience within a clinical workflow technology organization (Example: Nurse Call, Patient Monitoring, Virtual Nursing, Clinical Communications)
Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience, including team development and program ownership.
Demonstrated success in building and scaling programs, processes, or service offerings.
Strong understanding of enterprise clinical workflows and communication challenges across healthcare systems.
Experience in training development, instructional design, or scalable enablement programs preferred.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes in complex healthcare environments.
Excellent executive-level presentation and communication skills.
Ability to travel up to 75%.
