• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans that may include pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, positive behavior support plans, and medication treatment outlines.
• Document all client interactions and treatment updates in a compliance-driven manner, adhering to state and federal regulatory standards.
• Utilize evidence-based assessment tools to enhance client evaluation and treatment outcomes, collaborating closely with the clinical team.
• Engage in interdisciplinary teamwork to develop and implement effective behavioral strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Actively participate in agency licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that standards are met consistently across all operational aspects.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with related service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate holistic support for clients.
• Build and nurture relationships with various organizations to expand service offerings and explore new partnership opportunities.
• Commit to ongoing personal and professional development through attending workshops, conferences, and participating in community events relevant to mental health care.
• Contribute to promoting the agency’s mission and values throughout your work and interactions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall clinic operations.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, addressing a wide array of mental health challenges, including emotional distress, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and acquired brain injuries. • A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• An independent LMHC license from the state board of Florida is mandatory.
• Proven ability to maintain accurate clinical records and prepare detailed reports is essential.
• Experience working collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team setting while effectively communicating ideas and clinical insights.
• Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities backed by clinical expertise.

• Experience providing telehealth services preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practice approaches and behavioral health interventions.
• Previous involvement in community outreach or partnership development.
