• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Provide crisis intervention and create pre-crisis and crisis plans, risk assessments, and positive behavior support strategies with clinically relevant methodologies.
• Complete and maintain documentation in compliance with regulatory standards to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Utilize evidence-based screening and evaluation tools to guide intervention strategies effectively.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to implement positive behavioral support plans and enhance clients' therapeutic outcomes.
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to meet organizational standards and quality benchmarks.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and community resources, state agencies, and healthcare systems to ensure comprehensive support.
• Foster cooperative relationships with stakeholders to advance Serenity Support Services' mission and explore potential partnerships and funding opportunities.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities, including attending conferences and representing the organization in community and state meetings.
• Promote the agency’s values and philosophy in all interactions with clients and community members.
• Complete other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, demonstrating adaptability within the role.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Serenity Support Services, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals with mental health challenges, substance use issues, developmental disabilities, and brain injuries. • A Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field is a mandatory requirement.
