  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to implement positive behavioral support plans and enhance clients' therapeutic outcomes.
  • Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to meet organizational standards and quality benchmarks.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and community resources, state agencies, and healthcare systems to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Foster cooperative relationships with stakeholders to advance Serenity Support Services' mission and explore potential partnerships and funding opportunities.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities, including attending conferences and representing the organization in community and state meetings.
