  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote effective symptom management.
  • Engage in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary treatment team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care strategies.
  • Provide psychoeducation and counseling support to clients' families, fostering a deeper understanding of the therapeutic process and encouraging their active involvement in recovery efforts.
