The Director of Finance plays a critical role in driving financial success and scaling growth across GoTo Foods. This person works closely with GoTo Foods' executives and brand leadership to identify, plan, and execute pivotal initiatives across the company. They are a key leader within the finance organization, and will oversee a team responsible for financial forecasting, budgeting, P&L management, data analytics and ad hoc support across the GoTo Foods' portfolio.
Leveraging expertise in critical thinking and analysis, the finance team offers thought leadership and quantitative insights into the most critical matters facing the business. The Director position will own the development of strategic recommendations informed by complex analyses, research, and input from senior management. This role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsets, strong team leadership skills, demonstrated experience in leading multiple cross-functional initiatives, and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as necessary. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and creative thinker grounded in logic who is also a strong team player.
