How This Role Makes A Difference

As a Senior Enterprise Performance Analyst, you will be the architectural link between raw data and strategic action. By synthesizing insights from across the organization, you'll empower leaders with the visibility needed to optimize site operations and steer high-level decision-making.

How You'll Make An Impact
  • Design and deploy interactive dashboards and analytical reports to proactively track and monitor quality metrics, providing the visibility needed for teams to meet performance standards
  • Decode and analyze complex performance datasets to pinpoint the exact levers that optimize patient service levels and accelerate clinical trial delivery
  • Lead both high-frequency reporting and deep-dive ad hoc analytics to keep business initiatives on track and aligned with organizational goals
  • Partner with departmental leaders across the entire value chain to gather necessary information, ensuring accurate tracking performance with the goal of cross-functional improvements
  • Architect key indicators across departments, leading team efforts to produce data that sheds light on execution performance, strengths, and hidden opportunities
  • Serve as a business consultant to the operations team and a technical point of contact for strategic customers when required.
  • Act as a force multiplier by mentoring junior analysts and championing data literacy through systems training across the organization

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field is required
How We Work Together
  • Location: Remote within the United States. This role requires 100% of work to be performed in a remote office environment.
  • Travel: This is a remote position with less than 10% travel requirements. Occasional planned travel may be required as part of the role.
  • Physical demands associated with this position Include: The ability to use keyboards and other computer equipment.

The expected salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 USD per year for full time team members.
