Job description

Investment Performance Analyst
The Investment Performance Analyst supports the Investment Performance Attribution and Analytics team by calculating, analyzing, and reporting portfolio performance and attribution results across a range of asset classes and investment strategies. Working under general supervision, this role partners with portfolio management, client services, marketing, and other internal stakeholders to deliver accurate and meaningful performance insights, and responds to inquiries related to performance and attribution data.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Produces and validates portfolio performance and attribution results, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery to internal stakeholders.
  • Gathers, organizes, and reconciles investment data from multiple sources to support performance and attribution reporting, escalating and resolving discrepancies as needed.
  • Supports the production of recurring and ad-hoc performance reporting packages used for client reporting, marketing, internal review, and governance committee meetings.
  • Contributes to the ongoing enhancement of performance measurement processes and tools, including data quality reviews, process automation, and the adoption of AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and analytical insight.
