This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide care in a comfortable and efficient setting while also being a part of our supportive outpatient office environment. You will have access to advanced telehealth technology and resources that enable seamless remote interactions with clients. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to ascertain patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to deliver effective one-on-one therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to address critical mental health topics while fostering community connections among participants.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring coordination among different treatment strategies.
• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring that clients receive timely support and resources.
• Educate patients about their specific mental health conditions, options for treatment, and community resources available to them.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Engage actively in professional development activities, team meetings, and case consultations to enhance best practices within the field.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in mental health therapy to continually improve treatment effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges. • A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts is essential.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Proven ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and create effective treatment plans that address clients' needs.
• Experience providing both individual and group therapy to serve a diverse patient population.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for the establishment of strong therapeutic alliances.
• Sound judgment with a commitment to upholding ethical standards and professional boundaries.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.

• Experience in an outpatient setting is preferred but not required.
