• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and establish treatment plans tailored to each client's individual needs.
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy services using evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities.
• Document sessions thoroughly, maintaining accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Engage in regular consultations with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Maintain an active caseload, managing scheduling and follow-ups effectively to promote consistent client engagement.
• Participate in professional development activities, keeping abreast of the latest research and trends in mental health care.

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will focus on providing therapy to adults experiencing a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our clients often come through referrals from schools and community organizations, ensuring that you will work with those who are eager to improve their mental health.

• A master’s level degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and active licensure to practice in the state of Massachusetts, including licenses such as LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD.
• Minimum of two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adult populations.
• Proficient in conducting intake assessments, creating treatment plans, and documenting client progress effectively.
• Strong writing skills are essential for maintaining detailed clinical documentation.
• A clean professional record without disciplinary actions taken against you in any jurisdiction.

• Experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and techniques, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing a caseload while ensuring each client receives high-quality care.
