As a telehealth provider, you will utilize state-of-the-art video conferencing tools to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring seamless interactions with clients. • Perform comprehensive assessments and clinical diagnostics to identify clients' mental health concerns, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, adapting your approach based on real-time client feedback.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, ensuring clients in acute distress receive timely help and resources.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to established ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create an integrated care model that fosters holistic recovery for our clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, serving as an advocate for their needs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions, remaining informed of the latest best practices in mental health treatment.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your ability to create a safe and supportive environment will be essential in helping clients build resilience and achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are essential.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling or therapy setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong therapeutic relationships.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a remote team.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
