Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide virtual therapy to clients throughout Massachusetts. This role is built around quality clinical care, practical treatment planning, and reliable support for individuals seeking help with mental health concerns that affect their relationships, work, mood, stress levels, and daily functioning.
As an LMHC in this position, your work will include client sessions, clinical evaluations, goal setting, progress monitoring, and documentation. The position is remote, but the care should still feel personal, steady, and professional to every client you support.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct remote counseling sessions with clients using approved telehealth tools
  • Complete initial evaluations and identify clinical needs, barriers, and treatment priorities
  • Support clients in building coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, and healthier thought patterns
  • Provide ongoing therapy using clinically appropriate methods and interventions
  • Document session details, treatment progress, risk updates, and care recommendations
  • Keep treatment plans current and aligned with client goals
  • Follow mandated reporting, confidentiality, and telehealth practice requirements
  • Respond appropriately to client risk, safety concerns, or urgent clinical needs
  • Work with administrative or clinical team members to help ensure smooth client care

Requirements
  • Active Licensed Mental Health Counselor license in Massachusetts
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
