The Role

We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Director - Life Sciences (Iberia) to lead and scale our Life Sciences practice across the region. You will work with toptier pharmaceutical, biotech, and medtech companies on highimpact local and international engagements.
This role includes leading endtoend complex projects with senior stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on strategic, access, commercial, and transformation topics, driving business development, expanding key accounts, building and developing highperforming teams, and contributing to the strategic growth and positioning of the practice in Iberia in close collaboration with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Project Leadership

  • Lead and oversee complex, highimpact consulting engagements across the Life Sciences value chain.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Clevel and senior executives, ensuring excellence in execution, quality of deliverables, and tangible value creation.

Business Development

  • Drive opportunity identification, proposal development, and expansion of client relationships.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of the Iberia Life Sciences growth strategy.
  • Build and strengthen longterm partnerships with key accounts.

People & Practice Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop highperforming consulting teams.
  • Support talent development, performance management, and capability building.
  • Contribute to knowledge development, thought leadership, and asset creation.

Practice & Market Leadership

  • Strengthen Bip's positioning as a leading Life Sciences consulting partner in Iberia.
  • Collaborate closely with global Life Sciences teams to share best practices and support international initiatives.

  • University degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage.
