Job description

Rumble is the Freedom-First technology platform. We proudly offer a video platform, cloud services, advertising solutions, and a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet.

Rumble is building a new kind of advertising platform at the intersection of creators, culture, and free expression. As our advertising business expands, we are looking for a senior leader to build and grow demand across specialized categories, with a focus on political, advocacy, issue-based, and other strategic advertiser segments.

As Head of Specialized and Political Demand, you will own the strategy for reaching and expanding relationships with campaigns, PACs, advocacy organizations, agencies, consultancies, and other high-value advertisers operating in fast-moving, high-stakes environments. This is a builder role that combines strategic sales leadership, deep market fluency, and the ability to move quickly across complex stakeholder groups.

You will operate at both a strategic and executional level, personally opening key relationships while building the processes, partnerships, and team structure needed to scale demand over time.

Responsibilities
  • Build and own Rumble's specialized and political demand motion from the ground up.

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategy for political, advocacy, issue-based, and other specialty advertiser categories.

  • Establish and grow relationships with campaigns, PACs, advocacy organizations, agencies, consultants, and strategic partners.

  • Lead early-stage deal development and close foundational partnerships that drive revenue and long-term demand.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Ad Ops, Legal, Policy, and Partnerships teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and compliantly.

  • Translate advertiser goals into tailored, high-impact media solutions across Rumble's video platform.

  • Monitor market activity, election cycles, and issue-based advertising trends to identify opportunities and shape demand strategy.

  • Build, hire, and mentor a high-performing team as the business scales.

  • Implement pipeline management, forecasting discipline, and operational rigor in a dynamic environment.

Leadership & Team Building
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent across specialized demand functions.

  • Act as a player-coach, balancing hands-on deal work with team leadership.

  • Create a culture of urgency, precision, accountability, and political market fluency.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in digital advertising, political advertising, strategic partnerships, business development, or related fields.

  • Proven success building or scaling demand in political, advocacy, issue-based, or other specialized verticals.

  • Strong understanding of political ad buying, campaign cycles, compliance considerations, and fast-moving advertiser needs.

  • Deep network across agencies, consultants, campaigns, advocacy groups, or adjacent strategic buyers.

  • Experience working with video, streaming, CTV, or digital platforms strongly preferred.

  • Ability to manage complex, time-sensitive deals with multiple stakeholders.

  • Executive presence and the ability to influence both external partners and internal teams.

Additional Details
  • Remote-eligible role with required travel.
