Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for energetic, friendly, and reliable individuals to join our team for the upcoming season! As a Snowball Attendant, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service, preparing our signature snowballs, and serving quick-service food items in a fast-paced, fun environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Order Fulfillment: Operate ice-shaving machinery to create snowballs and apply syrups/toppings with precision.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve hot concessions (e.g., nachos, hot dogs) while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers, take orders via the POS system, and process cash and card payments accurately.
  • Stand Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning tasks including wiping counters, sanitizing equipment, and ensuring the service area is free of debris (following health department requirements).
  • Inventory Handling: Help restock supplies and move ice blocks to the shaving station.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Communication: Must have excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs (ice blocks/supply crates) regularly.
