Key Responsibilities

Your daily activities as a Mental Health Counselor will include:

Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; however, a Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective interactions with clients and colleagues.
• A genuine sense of empathy and compassion, ensuring a non-judgmental approach to client care.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a diverse caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience
