Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual mental health counseling via secure video conference, ensuring ethical practices and a compassionate approach in all sessions.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to customize therapeutic interventions that meet the unique needs of each client.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, continuously assessing client progress and adapting strategies as needed to facilitate effective outcomes.
• Guide clients in gaining insights about their feelings, experiences, and interpersonal relationships, fostering personal growth and healing.
• Regularly monitor client progress and assist clients in cultivating healthy coping mechanisms to navigate their emotional challenges.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related discipline.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits
