Key Responsibilities
  • Create individualized treatment plans based on in-depth assessments, client goals, and therapeutic needs.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and regularly monitor client progress using documented assessments and clinical tools.
  • Deliver a range of evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
  • Facilitate therapeutic groups for various demographics, ensuring an inclusive and supportive atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights to develop more effective treatment strategies.
  • Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, while striving for transparency and integrity in all documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve engaging with diverse individuals and families, including those with limited access to mental health resources. You will address a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, focusing on delivering personalized care that aligns with each client's unique circumstances.

Qualifications
  • Possess a Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Hold an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
  • Have at least two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably within clinical settings.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.
  • Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop rapport with a broad array of clients.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team to enhance client outcomes.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies is required.
Preferred Experience
