Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health concerns deeply and collaboratively create individualized treatment plans that address their unique situations.

• Offer teletherapy sessions for those who prefer remote interactions or face transportation barriers, ensuring every client has access to necessary support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of clinical notes and treatment plans to meet ethical and regulatory standards while reinforcing a professional approach to care.
• Engage in continuing education opportunities, including workshops and seminars, to enhance clinical skills and integrate contemporary practices into therapeutic work.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A current and valid license to practice in the state of Colorado, such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in fields related to social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate the establishment of trust and rapport with clients.
• An empathetic and compassionate approach towards client care, maintaining a non-judgmental attitude in all client interactions.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
