Client Partner, Platform Sales

We are seeking a Client Partner, Platform Sales professional to help drive advertiser growth and strengthen relationships within a fast-growing digital advertising ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of sales, client partnerships, and platform operations, supporting businesses in maximizing the value of self-service advertising solutions. You will identify new revenue opportunities, guide clients through onboarding, and provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams while influencing platform growth initiatives. You will build meaningful partnerships with advertisers and agencies while gaining deep exposure to digital media, programmatic advertising, and emerging technologies. Accountabilities:

As a Client Partner, Platform Sales, you will support revenue growth by developing advertiser relationships, expanding platform adoption, and ensuring clients achieve strong results through effective campaign strategies.

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, manage inbound leads, and conduct outreach to expand the advertiser base across key market segments.
  • Support sales activities including prospecting, client calls, presentations, and relationship-building initiatives to generate new revenue opportunities.
  • Guide advertisers through platform onboarding, campaign setup, and best practices to ensure successful adoption and execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations to help clients improve outcomes.
  • Build trusted relationships with advertisers and agencies by understanding their marketing goals and recommending effective advertising solutions.
  • Contribute to client retention and revenue growth through proactive communication, education, and strategic account support.
  • Collaborate with Sales Planners, Account Executives, and Client Success teams to address customer needs and share market insights.
  • Represent the platform during client meetings, presentations, and industry events to communicate its value and capabilities.
  • Partner with leadership to capture customer feedback and provide insights that support product improvements and future platform development.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience in digital advertising, media sales, or SaaS environments and combines strong communication skills with a passion for building client relationships and driving business growth.

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital media, media sales, programmatic advertising, SaaS, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms, native advertising, media solutions, or ad technology ecosystems.
  • Experience with self-service advertising platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, DSPs, or similar tools.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients through presentations, meetings, and strategic conversations.
  • Strong prospecting skills with the ability to develop new business opportunities and build a book of clients.
  • Comfortable analyzing campaign performance data and using insights to improve customer outcomes.
  • Experience working with CRM tools and sales tracking processes.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn within a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
