What The Position is About:
- Achieve or exceed sales goals by calling on OEMs in the assigned territory
- Create and maintain strong relationships with new customers while building loyalty with existing customers
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and deliver sales presentations, perform hands-on demonstrations and training, and close sales
- Help develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and market penetration
- Commit to continuous learning and knowledge of the company’s products and maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling directly to OEMs
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Plastics/poly lumber knowledge is a plus
