A Remote Pizza Order Taker is a customer service professional who works from a location outside the pizza restaurant, often from home, to take and process pizza orders via phone, online chat, or other digital platforms. Their main responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, entering orders accurately into the restaurant’s system, providing information about menu items, and handling payment details. This role requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Remote Pizza Order Takers help streamline the ordering process and ensure a positive customer experience.

Job description

About the Job
Caliber is revolutionizing the global fitness industry by combining evidence-based strength training methods with expert human coaching to help people improve their fitness, health, and overall well-being.
As a Caliber Fitness Sales Advisor, you're often the first real conversation a prospective client has after deciding they're ready to invest in themselves. Your role is to understand why they're here, what they're trying to achieve, and what's holding them back - then confidently guide them to the right coaching package and help them commit to it.
This is a consultative sales role, not order-taking. Not every prospect arrives ready to get started. Success comes from genuine curiosity about each person's goals, the communication skills to build real trust, and the confidence to ask for the investment when it's the right fit.
No prospecting required. You'll speak with incoming leads who book consultations directly with you. Our method works: advisors who genuinely care and execute the process close above 40% of their live consultations.
This role is right for you if:
  • You're genuinely curious about people - you want to understand what's really driving someone and want to help them
  • You believe good coaching is worth paying for, and it shows when you talk about it
  • You can stay calm and curious when someone pushes back, instead of caving or getting defensive
  • You are actively looking to improve - wanting feedback and acting on it
This role is NOT right for you if:
  • You're mainly here for the commission, and the person on the other end is secondary
  • You get uncomfortable talking about money or asking someone to commit
  • You let things outside your control throw you off your game
  • You don't actively seek to improve or put feedback into practice
Responsibilities
  • Lead consultations with incoming leads - understand their goals, history, and what's really driving them
  • Guide each prospect to the right coach and coaching package for their needs
  • Confidently present pricing and help prospects make a decision they feel good about
  • Follow up with prospects and answer their questions throughout their decision
  • Continuously sharpen your craft through ongoing training and coaching
Minimum Qualifications
  • A genuine, demonstrable desire to help people become the best they can be
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong time management and organization
  • Coachable - you take feedback and apply it
  • Available to work 25-30 hours/week (part-time)
Preferred
  • Consultative sales experience
  • Fitness background; experience with strength training and flexible dieting
Compensation
  • Commission-only (15%)
  • Top performers make $50K+/year working part-time (~30 hours/week)
  • Opportunities for monthly bonuses
Benefits
  • Real coaching and development - ongoing training to sharpen your craft
  • Strong and supportive team environment
  • 100% remote - work from anywhere
  • Flexible schedule within your committed hours
  • Flexible vacation policy

Caliber is committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity or Veteran status.
