The Senior Art Director is a core creative leader on our new in-house brand team. You will partner with our Creative Director, writers, and designers to concept and execute monthly brand-level campaigns that define the future of Everyday Dose.
This role blends high-level conceptual thinking with hands-on execution. You will help shape the visual language of the brand, build the look and feel of monthly campaign launches, direct photo and video shoots, and guide communications across every channel. We are looking for a senior-level creator who wants to help architect a brand from the ground up, someone who can bring strong ideas, refined taste, and the ability to execute with clarity and confidence.
What You'll Do
• Co-lead creative concepting for monthly campaigns, product launches, seasonal moments, and cultural opportunities
• Own and evolve the visual identity of Everyday Dose across all channels and customer touchpoints
• Build campaign moodboards, styleframes, and visual systems that guide the look and feel of each launch
• Lead art direction for photo and video shoots including shot planning, casting guidance, visual tone, and on-set creative leadership
• Oversee campaign execution across paid media, social, email, web, packaging, and retail
• Design key campaign assets while directing additional internal or external designers
• Collaborate closely with writers and cross-functional partners to maintain a unified story across all creative
• Partner with the Producer to maintain a monthly creative cadence, executing one campaign while concepting the next
• Maintain brand consistency and creative cohesion through thoughtful critique and quality control
• Incorporate performance insights and customer feedback into future campaign development
• Bring an agency-level creative standard into a fast-moving startup environment
Requirements
What You Bring
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in art direction or brand design, ideally at agencies or high-growth consumer brands
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking, refined aesthetics, and cohesive brand systems
  • Experience developing and executing integrated campaigns across digital, social, paid, and experiential channels
  • Strong design craft including typography, layout, color, and composition
  • Experience directing photo and video shoots with clear, confident creative leadership
  • A collaborative working style and the ability to thrive within a small, senior creative team
  • Ability to switch between high-level creative thinking and hands-on making
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced monthly campaign rhythm
