Job description

Blood Assurance is seeking a compassionate, dependable full-time Mobile Phlebotomist to work in the Franklin, TN area. The duties of this job include interviewing donors for suitability to donate, mini physicals, and phlebotomy. The hourly rate for this FULL-TIME position is $20/hour.


Qualified Phlebotomist applicants should possess:

  • a high school degree or equivalent,
  • a phlebotomy certificate and/or prior phlebotomy experience,
  • strong customer service skills with attention to detail,
  • a positive, caring attitude and,
  • scheduling flexibility for a variety of shifts including evening and weekend hours
  • may require overtime
  • CDL license or the willingness and ability to get CDL license is desired
