Qualifications:
  • 2+ year of Prior Authorization pharmacy experience is Mandatory
  • Pharmacy Tech State Certification is Mandatory AND PTCB is Mandatory

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
