Position: Pharmacist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $75–$120/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

  • Confirm interaction, dosing, or contraindication findings against the patient's full medication list and chart.
  • Catch missed interactions, stale patient data, and monograph guidance superseded by newer Special Alerts.
  • Judge completeness of the clinical picture, ensuring all active meds, labs, and comorbidities are considered.
  • Distinguish "permitted" from "appropriate" and flag poor drug choices for specific patients.
  • Verify that clinical conclusions are carried through with order updates, prescriber notifications, and documentation.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Frequent Lexidrug (or Lexicomp) use - weekly or more - in your current or recent role
  • 2+ years of professional pharmacy experience, inpatient/hospital setting strongly preferred
  • Reflexive use of Interactions, Trissel's, and monograph sections
  • PharmD and active pharmacy license, or equivalent verification-heavy clinical experience
  • Strong working knowledge in at least 2–3 specialized areas above, tied to your practice setting

  • Prior data annotation, labeling, or AI evaluation experience
