Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms to address clients’ mental health needs in real-time.
• Create a safe and trusting environment, encouraging clients to share and reflect on their thoughts and feelings.
• Collaborate with clients to identify their personal goals, needs, and challenges, and support them in their journey toward achieving those objectives.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments and evidence-based practices.
• Document therapy sessions and client progress meticulously, ensuring all records comply with organizational policies and ethical standards.
• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to enhance therapeutic skills and maintain clinical excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse client population that may include individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications
