Position Description & Requirements

POSITION SUMMARY

RP IN NWIR seeking an Independent Contractor for our Remote Weekend General Diagnostic Radiology position. This is a fully remote position, with Flexible Schedule, servicing our main client on one general worklist, working weekends. The practice utilizes Visage PACS and Powerscribe One, in addition to multiple AI tools to assist with triaging emergent exams and identifying lung nodules, etc. The case mix includes typical emergency department and inpatient CT, ultrasound, and plain films as well as emergent MRI's, including brain and spine MRI's, MRCP's, and osteomyelitis MSK MRI's. CT's include CTA's of the head, neck, chest, abdomen, and pelvis as well as run-off CTA's of the lower extremity. CT perfusion studies are also performed. 

Radiology Partners, Indiana (RP IN NWIR) is a 35-member sub-specialized, diversified, state of the art private radiology practice located in Northwestern Indiana, just 30 minutes outside the Chicago area. We serve Franciscan Health, the second largest healthcare delivery system in Indiana in 7 hospitals and multiple outpatient imaging centers, in a Tort Reform state.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology 
  • Ability to secure an Indiana and Illinois License

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $250,000-$450,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc.
