TRUE Community Credit Union is looking for a Limited Part-Time Remote Experience Specialist to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and creating meaningful experiences through technology, we'd love to meet you.
As a Remote Experience Specialist, you'll serve as the first point of contact for members across multiple remote channels. You'll assist with transactions, answer questions, provide financial guidance, and help members confidently navigate digital banking tools. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust, strengthen relationships, and make a positive impact.
Pay & Benefits
  • $19.35 - $22.76 per hour based on experience beyond the requirements of the role and geographic location

Schedule
Up to 26-29 hours per week, including:
  • Monday through Friday shifts beginning as early as 8:00 a.m. and ending around 5:15 p.m.
  • 2 to 3 Saturdays per month from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver exceptional service through phone, chat, email, and Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs)
  • Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and account inquiries
  • Resolve member concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
  • Educate members on digital banking services and self-service tools
  • Promote confidence and adoption of new technology solutions
  • Identify opportunities to improve members' financial well-being through products and services that meet their needs
  • Build strong relationships while navigating multiple systems and processes
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training and development

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience required
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort using technology and navigating multiple systems simultaneously
  • Basic personal finance knowledge

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous financial institution experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish, Arabic, or another language
