• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional state of clients, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs, preferences, and mental health goals.
• Provide a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy sessions and group counseling, to enhance the mental well-being of clients.
• Monitor clients' progress on their treatment plans, adjusting approaches and strategies as warranted based on their ongoing assessments and feedback.
• Offer crisis intervention services, providing immediate support and developing safety plans for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential client records in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational policies.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, clinical social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in training sessions, workshops, and supervision to enhance clinical skills.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards as mandated by relevant licensing boards and mental health organizations.

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, who are facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our organization emphasizes a person-centered approach, focusing on building therapeutic relationships that foster trust, understanding, and effective treatment strategies.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, which may include LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.
• Demonstrable clinical assessment and diagnostic competencies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
• A strong foundation of empathy, compassion, and commitment to client welfare.
• Ability to work independently while being an integral part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with the ethical guidelines and regulations that govern mental health practices.
• A consistent dedication to ongoing professional growth and learning.

A minimum of three years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is required. Candidates with prior experience in a remote work setting, as well as those knowledgeable in telehealth practices, will be highly valued. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and a proactive approach to working with diverse populations are also beneficial.
