Center Health Line Psychotherapy Services is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our remote and dynamic team. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing therapists the flexibility to work from their chosen environment while maintaining a strong sense of professionalism and commitment to client care. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, ensuring accurate identification of emotional and psychological issues.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly reassess individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs and aspirations of each client.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, through individual, family, and group therapy sessions designed to foster healing and resilience.
  • Document the progress of clients meticulously while maintaining strict confidentiality in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Provide timely crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute emotional challenges.
  • Engage in continuous collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of client health.
  • Stay current with advancements in mental health treatment by participating in professional development and training.
  • Participate in regular supervision to enhance clinical skills and reflect on therapeutic techniques.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain the standards established by relevant licensing boards to ensure the highest quality of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your compassionate approach and therapeutic expertise will enable you to make meaningful connections, fostering engagement and promoting recovery.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
  • Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW is required).
  • Demonstrated proficiency with clinical assessment tools and diagnostic techniques.
  • Strong commitment to ethical practice and knowledge of relevant laws governing mental health.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently while also effectively collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
  • A compassionate disposition, demonstrating empathy towards clients from various backgrounds.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and the pursuit of knowledge in the field of mental health.
Preferred Experience

While the minimum requirement is three years of experience in a related field, preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record of effective therapeutic interventions and those familiar with modern therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
