• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, aligning interventions with best practices in mental health care.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques to facilitate patient progress.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and care quality.
• Engage in regular collaboration with fellow mental health professionals to coordinate patient care and enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Facilitate educational sessions for patients and their families, providing valuable insights into mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities such as case consultations and peer review meetings to refine skills and incorporate the latest research findings.

As an LCSW in our remote detox center, you will engage with a diverse array of clients who are navigating the complexities of substance use and mental health challenges. Your expertise will ensure that each individual receives tailored support aimed at achieving recovery, enhancing coping skills, and fostering long-term well-being.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating a solid foundation in social work principles and practices.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential, reflecting your commitment to ethical and high-quality service.
• A minimum of three years of professional experience in providing psychotherapy services, ideally within a substance use or mental health treatment setting.
