In your role as an LCSW, you will have the opportunity to directly impact client care through a range of responsibilities, including:

• Performing comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each client's unique mental health needs, followed by the creation of personalized treatment plans informed by evidence-based practices.
• Delivering psychotherapy using a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the personal strengths and challenges of each client.
• Maintaining precise and timely documentation of clinical records while upholding HIPAA compliance, ensuring the confidentiality of patient information is always prioritized.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to offer comprehensive care that addresses the holistic needs of our clients.
• Participating in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights and enhance patient care approaches collaboratively.

You will be serving a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your work will involve assessing and addressing a variety of psychosocial issues, making your role essential in facilitating sustained improvement in clients' overall mental health and quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, highlighting your educational commitment to the field.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State, affirming your professional expertise.
• At least three years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy, equipping you with the necessary skills to navigate complex client issues effectively.
