As a remote telehealth counselor, you will work from the comfort of your own home while connecting with clients through secure online platforms. In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, determining the suitability of clients for various therapies, work assignments, and referrals to additional services.
• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions that are culturally sensitive, addressing mental health and substance abuse issues, while also managing effective care plans.
• Engage in consultations with clients, family members, and other professionals, ensuring a coordinated approach to client care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in adherence with RAMS policies and clinical standards.
• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support for clients in acute distress.
• Participate actively in case conferences and clinical team meetings to ensure continuity in client care and share insights regarding best practices.
• Engage in regular individual and group supervision sessions to foster professional development and peer support.
• Complete necessary psychological assessments and reports, providing clear vocational recommendations tailored to each client's comprehension level.

Your client base will encompass a diverse range of individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, PTSD, trauma responses, and grief-related issues. You will employ a variety of psychotherapy modalities tailored to individual client needs, enabling you to make meaningful connections and help guide their therapeutic journey.

• A valid social work license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is required in accordance with state regulations.
• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is essential.
• Familiarity with a broad spectrum of mental health disorders, along with proven experience in various psychotherapy modalities, is critical.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are paramount for establishing rapport with clients and collaborating effectively with colleagues.
• A clean record with no history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third-party service.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Experience working in fast-paced environments and the ability to manage interruptions while delivering high-quality client care.
• Comfort with technology and interest in using digital platforms to enhance client engagement and counseling effectiveness.
• A background in community outreach or education would be beneficial.
