In your role as an LICSW, you will take on a variety of responsibilities that are vital to our patients' recovery journeys:

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting your approach to fit the unique needs and preferences of each client.

Your work will be focused on patients navigating complexities related to substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. • An accredited Master's degree in Social Work, demonstrating a strong educational foundation in clinical practice.
• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington, affirming your professional credentials.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health or substance use treatment setting, showcasing the depth of your therapeutic skills.
