Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat to support clients in improving their mental health.
• Encourage clients to explore their emotions and experiences, facilitating self-discovery to enhance relationships and personal insight.
• Serve as a reliable advocate for clients, assisting them in defining realistic and achievable personal goals.
• Evaluate clients' mental health conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans grounded in solution-focused approaches.

• Engage in regular follow-ups to monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our focus lies primarily on individuals who are seeking to improve their mental wellness rather than those facing severe mental health crises. Qualifications

• A master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• A valid license to practice independently as either a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• No disciplinary actions on your professional record, and no limited or provisional licenses will be accepted.
• Strong ability to make professional evaluations, informed decisions, and effective recommendations for treatment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a personable and empathetic approach to client care.
• Proficiency in using technology for counseling and electronic health records management.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in telehealth environments, utilizing video conferencing technology for therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapy techniques and treatment planning.
• A track record of maintaining a full caseload and managing client relationships effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with hours worked.
• Weekly direct deposit for timely compensation and financial convenience.
