While based out of an outpatient office setting, our services are primarily delivered through secure online platforms, providing you the opportunity to connect with clients from the comfort of your home. Our organization values collaboration, and as a member of our team, you will engage with other mental health professionals through virtual meetings, training sessions, and peer support groups.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that integrate traditional and innovative therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, using effective diagnostic and therapeutic techniques.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, to facilitate positive client outcomes.
• Stay current with the latest mental health research and therapeutic advancements to continuously enhance the quality of care provided.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in the delivery of mental health services.

Your role will involve working with a wide variety of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. You will support individuals navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. By providing a compassionate and understanding environment, you will empower clients to work through their difficulties and achieve improved mental health outcomes.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A clean history with no medical malpractice claims, verified through third-party checks.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

• Experience providing mental health counseling in a remote or telehealth setting.
• Familiarity with various evidence-based therapeutic techniques and a willingness to explore alternative methods.
• Demonstrated ability to develop effective client relationships and communicate effectively with diverse populations.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
